NAPPIAD is intended for lawful AI-assisted commercial and product video creation.

Synthetic people and real-person likeness

NAPPIAD may generate synthetic human-like people as part of AI video creation. It must not be used to impersonate a real person, create a face swap or deceptive deepfake, or reproduce an identifiable person's likeness or voice without the rights and explicit consent required for that use.

Rights and consent

You may upload or generate content only when you have the rights and permissions required for that use. If a real person's likeness, voice, image or other identifying material is involved, you must have that person's explicit authorization where required.

Not allowed

• Face swaps, deceptive deepfakes or impersonation.
• Using a person's likeness or voice without appropriate consent.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other third-party rights.
• Fraud, deception, harassment, unlawful discrimination, violence promotion or other unlawful content.
• Attempts to bypass safety controls, account controls, credits or service restrictions.

Enforcement

NAPPIAD may block a generation, suspend an account or remove access where use creates legal, safety, platform-policy or payment-network risk.
