What does NAPPIAD do?

You provide an idea and product/reference assets. NAPPIAD directs the commercial, builds the video-generation instruction and sends the render to the configured AI video provider.

How long does a generation take?

Generation time varies with duration, quality, provider load and retries. The interface shows the active stage while a job is running.

What happens if generation fails?

For live credit charging, eligible failed generations are designed to restore the charged generation credits automatically.

Are my generations private?

Registered-user libraries are tied to the signed-in account. Do not share account credentials or generated-file links you want to keep private.

Can I use generated videos commercially?

You are responsible for confirming that your source assets, claims, brand materials and final output are suitable and legally cleared for your intended commercial use.

What happens to uploaded files?

Uploads and generated files may be stored as needed to complete generation and provide your Library. You can request deletion through support.
