NAPPIAD provides AI-assisted commercial video creation. This policy explains the categories of information used to provide the service.

Information we process

• Account information such as email address and authentication data.
• Content you submit, including prompts, product images, reference media and generated outputs.
• Operational data such as generation status, usage events, errors, device/browser metadata and approximate network information required for security and analytics.
• Billing and credit records when paid features are enabled. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored by NAPPIAD.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate users, generate requested content, maintain private libraries, prevent abuse, provide support, measure product performance and improve reliability.

AI providers

Requests may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure used by NAPPIAD to direct and render generations. Only information required for the requested generation should be sent to those providers.

Retention

Account, generation and operational records may be retained while needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion through support.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@nappiad.com.

Security

NAPPIAD uses access controls, password hashing, secure session cookies, rate limits and restricted owner controls. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
