Terms of Service

By using NAPPIAD you agree to use the service lawfully and only with content you have the right to upload and use.

Your content

You keep responsibility for prompts, product assets, reference media and other material you submit. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for that material and for the way you intend to use generated outputs.

Generated content

AI-generated output can be imperfect, inconsistent or similar to content generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publication, advertising, commercial distribution or other use.

Prohibited use

Do not use NAPPIAD to violate law, intellectual-property rights, privacy rights, platform rules or the rights of other people. Do not attempt to bypass credits, security controls, rate limits or service restrictions.

Availability

Generation depends on external AI providers and may occasionally fail or be delayed. NAPPIAD may suspend generation to protect users, infrastructure or upstream services.

Credits and payments

Where credits are charged for a generation, failed generations that qualify under the service logic are restored automatically. Additional payment and refund terms appear in the Refund Policy.

Limitation

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Users remain responsible for final advertising claims, brand compliance and publication decisions.
